1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ta99 platform — including but not limited to visiting the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing casino games — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ta99 platform. ta99 reserves the absolute right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without incurring any liability to the account holder.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ta99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. ta99 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, place bets, or access any game content on the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ta99 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You do not hold more than one account on ta99 at the time of registration.
• You have not previously had a ta99 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order currently active on the ta99 platform.

ta99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use ta99 services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. You are required to provide your legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile phone number, and a secure password. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current at the time of registration and updated promptly should any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ta99 account. If ta99 identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — ta99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and retain any remaining balances pending investigation for potential fraud or abuse.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ta99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact ta99 support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your ta99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or betting rules. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ta99 is committed to maintaining a secure and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we apply a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be approved.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit at least one of the following government-issued identity documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Bangladesh driving licence

In addition, ta99 may request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).

4.2 Verification Timeframes

ta99 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases or cases requiring additional verification may take longer. You will be notified by email or live chat once your verification is complete or if additional information is required.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If you are unable to provide satisfactory documentation to complete KYC verification, ta99 reserves the right to restrict or suspend your account, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ta99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ta99 does not currently accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or international bank wire transfers.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the time of transaction. ta99 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ta99 account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, you should contact ta99 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed only to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement. Withdrawals are processed after KYC verification is complete and are typically credited to your bKash or Nagad account within 1–24 hours of approval during business hours. ta99 does not charge withdrawal fees, however your mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges.

5.5 Currency and Conversion

All balances on ta99 are held in BDT. ta99 does not apply any currency conversion. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account. The amount you withdraw is the amount received in your nominated bKash or Nagad account, subject to any fees applied by the receiving institution.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ta99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game eligibility criteria. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion details. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering calculations.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ta99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to exploit a bonus, using third-party software to calculate low-risk bonus clearing strategies, and any other practice designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity. ta99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from abusive play and to close the accounts of players found to be engaging in such conduct.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

ta99 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion and to withdraw or alter any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players and ta99 may exclude accounts from promotional eligibility where it determines that promotional play is not consistent with genuine recreational gaming.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on ta99 are final once confirmed. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. ta99 will not cancel confirmed bets on the basis of player error unless the bet was accepted in error by ta99 due to a technical fault.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and account tier. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface at the time of play. ta99 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where it determines this is appropriate in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by ta99 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a decisive result; the bet was placed after the event had already concluded; the bet was accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a pricing error; or the bet is found to have been placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake value.

7.4 Results and Disputes

All game results and bet settlements are determined by the ta99 platform in accordance with the applicable game or market rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a result or settlement, you must contact ta99 support within 7 days of the disputed event. ta99's determination of any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to any formal complaints process outlined below.

7.5 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure during a gaming session or bet placement, ta99 reserves the right to void the relevant game round or bet and refund the stake. ta99 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such malfunctions, including any winnings that would have been generated had the malfunction not occurred.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ta99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulent payment method.
• Money Laundering: Using ta99 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the platform in any manner designed to conceal the origins of funds.
• Collusion: Communicating with other players during live games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing cards, coordinating bets, or deliberately losing to benefit another account.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software that interacts with the ta99 platform without human input for the purpose of gaining an advantage.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, display error, or any other technical fault to generate winnings that would not have been available in normal operating conditions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in relation to a ta99 deposit. ta99 will pursue the recovery of any such amounts through all available legal means.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register on ta99 while under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your account.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via live chat and will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent and re-registration attempts will be blocked.

9.2 Deposit Limits

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ta99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, or commercial exploitation of any ta99 content without the prior written consent of ta99 is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ta99, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ta99 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial loss, even if ta99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ta99 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical fault. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability. ta99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ta99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ta99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ta99 will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage for a period of at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ta99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ta99 operates.
